Before you install artificial turf
A preview shows the look. It cannot check what makes a turf install last. Good installs need the old grass removed, a compacted base of crushed rock, good drainage and a secure edge. In hot, sunny yards turf can get very hot, so ask about cooling infill and shade. Some cities and HOAs have rules on artificial grass, and some water districts offer rebates for replacing a lawn.
Ask installers for real samples of the turf you liked, check the warranty, and measure the area for accurate quotes.
