When you purchase services from 3DAI, our system instantly allocates computational resources to deliver AI-powered 3D model generation. By completing your purchase, you explicitly forfeit the standard 14-day withdrawal period. Due to the immediate deployment of GPU resources and associated processing costs required for 3D model creation, we cannot issue refunds after service initiation. However, you maintain complete flexibility to terminate your subscription whenever you wish.
2Subscription Cancellation
2.1. You may discontinue your 3DAI subscription at any point. After cancellation, your service access will remain active until your current billing cycle ends, after which your subscription will automatically terminate without renewal.

3Credit Usage Policy
3.1. Any credits acquired through purchase or subscription are non-reimbursable once they've been utilized for 3D model generation operations.
